Truffaldino's Suit

Servant of Two Masters was set in 1904 Italy, rather than traditional Commedia Style.  I wanted to bring in touches of the original characters, so for Truffaldino, the Harlequin, I brought in the pattern for 1904.  The Harlequin print fabric was used as lining for pockets as well as his vest back.  Due to the physical requirements of the character the majority of the show was spent in his vest with no coat.
